Standard production + delivery is 20 days on average from artwork approval. The clock starts the moment you sign off on the digital proof, not when you submit the order.
Reorders with archived artwork (we keep your dieline on file for 5 years) ship in 12 days — same color match, same film, same structure.
Rush production (10 days, +25% surcharge) is available for reorders only. First-time orders need full pre-press and cannot be rushed.
We offer two shipping methods from Bogotá to the US:
You can choose either method at the time of order confirmation. Last-mile delivery to your warehouse is included in both.
Product pricing on our website (cotizador, coffee-bag page, FAQ) does not include shipping. It does include the 6.5% sales tax.
Goods shipped from Colombia to the US under the US–Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement (in force since 2012) are exempt from import duties on flexible packaging. We file the certificate of origin on every shipment.
You will not receive any unexpected customs invoices on the day of delivery — the price agreed in your formal quote covers everything except the shipping line item, which is also locked at order time.
If a shipment arrives with visible damage to the pallet or boxes:
