35 years
on the press.
Zero years
of bs.

ARTPRINT is the small-brand-friendly arm of a Colombian packaging house that's been printing pouches, labels and cartons since before the term "specialty coffee" was coined. We're not a marketplace, we're not a reseller. We own the presses.

A note from the team.

Our family has been printing flexible packaging in Bogotá since 1990. Four presses, 50 people, millions of bags a year — most of it for big national brands you've never heard of.

But small brands kept writing in. "Can you print 500 bags?" "Do you ship to Orlando?" "What's a Pantone match cost?" For years we said no, we weren't set up for it.

In 2024 we built the thing that says yes. That's ARTPRINT. Same presses, same 35-year craft — now priced and sized for roasters, makers, and little brands in the US who want their first good bags without ordering 10,000 at a time.

Our story

From a flexo press
in a Bogotá garage,
to your roastery.

ARTPRINT team at coffee expo

It started as a family print shop in 1990 — one used flexo press, three people, a few contracts for local food brands. The kind of place where the founder still sweeps the floor at night.

Thirty-five years later, the parent company is one of the largest independent flexible packaging houses in Colombia. We print for supermarket chains, food multinationals, pharma, and hundreds of regional brands you'd recognize if you lived in Latin America.

The business grew by saying yes to big orders — 100,000 bags minimum, long lead times, corporate-level QA. That's where the industry rewarded us. That's the muscle we built: print quality, color control, process, certifications.

"But for fifteen years, I was saying no to roasters and bakers and soap-makers every single week. 'Sorry, we can't do 500.' I started to hate that sentence."

ARTPRINT is the fix. Same facility, same film stocks, same presses, same QC team. A separate order flow designed around small runs, plain-English pricing, and US-side logistics — so a brand launching on Shopify gets the same packaging quality as a brand launching on Walmart shelves.

We opened an Orlando office in 2024 to handle invoicing, shipping, and customer support in US business hours. Everything still prints in Bogotá. That's not going to change. That's where the 35 years live.

Why Colombia

Not cheaper.
Smarter.

We get this question every week: why not just buy from a US converter, or from China? Here's the honest answer — six reasons Colombia ended up being the right address for this kind of operation.

01
Free trade with the US since 2012

The US–Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement eliminates import duties on flexible packaging. Your pallet clears customs like it's from Ohio.

0% TARIFF · DDP CLEARS IN 2 DAYS
02
Four hours to Miami

Bogotá is closer to Miami than LA is. Air freight lands in 24–48 hours. Ocean freight to East Coast in 5–8 days. Shanghai is 35 days minimum.

AIR: 24–48H · OCEAN: 5–8D
03
Same time zone as you

Bogotá runs on Eastern Time. When you email at 9am, we answer at 9am. No 14-hour gap, no overnight waits.

EST · REAL-TIME
04
A real packaging industry

Colombia has printed flexible packaging for Latin American CPG giants for four decades. Film, ink, and converting supply chains are all local.

DEEP SUPPLY CHAIN
05
Fair wages, not exploitation

Our printers earn 2.5× Colombia's minimum wage, with full health and pension benefits. No sweatshop, no factory audit skeletons.

BRAND-SAFE SOURCING
06
Print quality that ships to Europe

Our presses hold the same Fogra / ISO 12647 color standard as top European converters. The craft is not cheap. The overhead is.
