How long from PO to bags in my warehouse? +

Plan on about 20 days from signed PO to bags landing on your dock. Reorders with artwork already on file run closer to 12 days. We build the schedule around your roast dates — tell us when you need them and we'll work backwards.

What's the smallest order you'll take? +

100 units per design. We can split a single 500-unit run across up to 5 different artworks at no extra plate fee — perfect for limited releases or seasonal blends.

Are tariffs and customs included in the price? +

Yes. Every quote ARTPRINT sends is DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. Customs, brokerage, and last-mile freight are all built in. The number on the quote is the number you pay.

Do you do Pantone color matching? +

Yes. Our HP-Indigo press holds ΔE < 2 on Pantone solid coated, which is tighter than industry standard. We send a digital proof before any print run, and a physical proof on request for $45.

What if I need different bag sizes? +

12oz, 16oz, 5lb, sample 2oz — all standard. Custom dimensions are available with a slight tooling adjustment; we'll quote it on the spot. No additional MOQ for non-standard sizes.
